Little Mushroom
By far my favourite series ever. The manhua? Gorgeous but the novel? I adored it. From the middle of book one right up until the end chapter if had me in tears. It was so beautifully written. The dynamic between An Zhe and Lu Feng was perfect. Seeing their relationship slowly change and seeing how they started to fall in love and understand each other as the story played out was mindblowing. I cannot wait to get my hands on the physicals so I can reread it all over again.
The Guild Member Next Door
Started this after season 1 of the manhwa had ended because I was desperate to see how the rest of the story played out. But oh my GOD this is one of my favourites of any stories ever. The manhwa is good but the way the novel just gives so much more depth to the characters. I fell in love with Yeowoon even more because of this. His inner dialogue and actually seeing more on how he felt that wasn’t fully explored in the manhwa made this so worth the time to read. Please read it if you haven’t!!
Eighteen's Bed
Masterpiece!! It’s a very hard read tbh, Jun’s life just kept getting worse and worse. So much happened to him and majority of it was just undeserved. However, the pacing was really well drawn out. For not having many chapters it felt like I was reading a 200 chapter story. So I LOVED their development. I liked the slow burn and wondering when/if they’d finally get together. You just have to experience this to know how good it is.
I Was Reborn as a Prophet in a Horror Movie
This story is so incredibly well written. So many scenes had my jaw dropping because of how in detail the gore was but it made it more fun to read. I found myself really liking Golden aswell so I was physically sick nearly every chapter he was in worried that he was going to die (it was bad lol). But main character wise!! It takes awhile to get there but oh my goddd I love Johan and Seojun so much. They've become 2 of my top characters ever. I'm so obsessed with them and this story.
7 Minutes of Heaven
Really didn’t want this one to end. I love them both SOOOOO much. This was such a fun read. It was a very cliche romance but it had a lot of funny moments and I absolutely loved how sweet Chase was the whole time. He’s truly the definition of a golden retriever boyfriend. I recommend if you want something short and wholesome with a tad bit of angst.
Surviving in a Broken World
Honestly, possibly the best yandere story I've read ever. I absolutely love how Jaeyoung shows every trait of your typical yandere however will not harm a single hair on Eunsoo's body and just turns into a mushy puppy when he gets attention. I also love Eunsoo despite the fact that he's meant to be a selfish asshole, he's written in a way that I find hard to hate. Please give this a read!! The plot is fun and the characters are likeable.
Zombie Stories Always Have Trash That Lives Long
This story might be unenjoyable if you aren't into red flags, however if you like those stories this will be for you. The mc is an absolute asshole. He's incredibly selfish and whiny. The ml is just a psychopath who keeps mc around despite the constant threats of killing him and tossing him aside. Despite all that, I love their characters. They have funny interactions, the story is super well written and the pacing is nicely done. (I said mc is whiny, but personally I still adore him.)
