This is the very R-18 side story Honey-coated S-Class Guide - the main story was dramatic and angst and exciting but the side story is healing T_T
I Was Reborn as a Prophet in a Horror Movie
The author is brilliant at creating tension, and very good at the pacing of the story. It just pulls you in and makes you heart thud with fear, excitement and anticipation. The romance is very very slow and the MC must have been born under the unlucky star hahaha. The ML is...very interesting. (politely speaking and trying to avoid spoilers). It's definitely a well written horror themed novel - I'm hooked and read 135 chapters in a go and am still reading with lots of anticipation~
Follow the Sheep in the Abyss
It's one of the rare stories where the action, pacing and tension is well balanced. The despair experienced by the party is very well described without making it exaggerated. The romance build up is a slow and not the dramatic type, but it's to my taste. Everyone has distinct personalities that stay consistent, with character progression at a slow but realistic pace.
The Descending Night
It's a super exciting story involving modern society of Awakened Users - MC is both an Awakened and a Korean Shaman and you get to read a lot about Korean shamanism and exorcism rituals. I love it~
