While helping the police as a side job, Wonhyo visits a scene where 'a ghost killed a person.' After coming into contact with the spirit's energy, Wonhyo is caught transforming into an animal by Cheongmun (Gong)... Wonhyo realizes that his ghostly energy is purified through contact with Cheongmun in a crisis. Cheongmun, a civil servant belonging to the Special Affairs Division, seeks to solve cases by borrowing Wonhyo's ability.
