9/10 it's good across the board with just a few flaws. It's good enough that you overlook them, but they're still there, so i can't give it a 10/10. What the author does well is the romance and how the gender reversal isn't just background noise, it's actually central to the story, and you can tell the author put real thought into it. The main issue though is that the love interest keeps denying her feelings even when it's obvious she's into the MC, and after a while it just stops seeming logical that she doesn't realize her feelings.
