    4/10 I don't believe for a second that the ML could have lasted years pretending to be someone he’s not when he’s that naive and childlike. Even with his advisor’s help, there would have been slip-ups, just like the ones he has around the MC. Another thing is his tragic life, being ignored, losing his family, and then going to war. There’s absolutely no way he would stay that childlike after all of that. Even children mature when they face terrible things, so why would he still be sunshine and rainbows with a past like his?
