6/10. I didn't like the male lead and the mother-in-law, and how restrictive everything felt. Although that was the intention, it feels weird that the main character is so unbothered by anything. She doesn't feel resentment towards the male lead, which I think anyone in her situation would, considering that she suffers a lot from him turning a blind eye. She doesn't feel down when she's basically trapped in that palace, forced to act like someone she isn't. It comes so easily to her that it just doesn't feel logical. She doesn't have the emotional responses she should. Even when she does feel resentment, it's very offhand, as if it doesn't matter. When she feels down, it feels very shallow, and she gets over it really quickly.
