The ending left a bad taste in my mouth. The villains weren’t intimidating at all. If anything, they posed more threat in the beginning and middle of the novel. Introducing new lore at the final arc was not a good move. The buildup for the final fight was also poorly executed. There’s a lot of bromance between Yooseong and OG protag, if you’re curious, though. This was a mildly interesting novel to read in the span of 1 day.
It kinda fell short for me at the end. Though, overall, light-hearted read, nothing too heavy (or not heavy at all). The bromance between MC and original protag is fun (frequently acknowledged by other characters in the novel lol).
