Guidelines for the New Returnee

8/10 I feel like it's a bit early to review this; it would probably be better to do so around chapter 70. But here I go. The book is very realistic with its regression, because if you think about it, just because someone goes back in time doesn't mean they can change their life or face their trauma. The fact that they regress doesn't erase that, unlike what it seems in most regression stories. The psychology aspect in this book is really interesting and that's the main reason I enjoy reading it. It's fascinating to see her go through her day-to-day life and realise things could have been different, as well as the mystery of what and why things happened in her past.
