A very emotional story borrowing the theme of Hunters & Dungeons. Han Yoojin is quite a mother hen. He worries and cares for his friends and family a lot, especially his younger brother Han Yoohyun. I find the cast to be rather likable despite their craziness (due to being S-ranks, it affects their mentality) sometimes (or often?).

Kim Soleum is capable, logical, and mature. I love MCs with a good moral compass even in the midst of chaos, so this novel is right up my alley. ˃ ‘If I could, I would definitely rescue them.’ If not, would I be human anymore? The author is very good at foreshadowing, sprinkling hidden details here and there. This novel truly kept its tension high almost all the time. I really love being kept on my toes like this.

Very much an action-packed fantasy novel. There’s no boring moments. Cale Henituse is a very diligent man despite insisting he’s a laid-back person. He’s efficient, confident and cunning. Everyone else always worry about him however. Cale always gets himself into some serious injuries for the sake of everyone’s safety (he’s just too confident in himself).

A very well-written post-apocalyptic story. Kim Dokja is a very “human” character. He isn’t a good nor bad guy. He can be selfless and selfish at the same time. I wish, however, in the main story, they would explore the other characters a lot more than just mostly Yoo Joonghyuk, Han Sooyoung and of course Kim Dokja.

It’s a story for those who enjoy “Multiple Tops, One Bottom.” Instead of focusing on the “romance” parts, it focuses more on “action” with a side of “Multiple Tops, One Bottom.” When looking for these kinds of stories, I dislike it if only one Top is favored and all the other Tops fade into the background. This one gives somewhat an adequate amount of screentime to all the Tops. Cha Seohoo is a charismatic and cunning person. He’s also rather playful (at least in his “Cover” identity). I think he’s been a huge tease to all the male leads (huge emphasis on plural form). I believe it’s best if you go in because you like the tag “Multiple Tops, One Bottom” itself, instead of wishing to explore in-depth relationships with *all* the Tops. PS: There are more Tops to be introduced aside from the ones in the synopsis. I think it’s a personal trait of the author because they wrote the previous novel with the same ‘Multiple Tops, One Bottom’ tag in the same way.

Lukas Askanier is truly a phenomenal character. He’s too benevolent and empathetic for his own good, while being absurdly intelligent and logical. Lukas’s words have many times, if not always, touched my heart deeply. ˃ Therefore, that resistance proves it. You are walking an untrodden path, and you are on the right path. Even if today does not acknowledge you, tomorrow will! I truly believe the author should publish a book. Their writing is captivating and moving, even fleeting moments are captured fully with mere words. It feels as if you’re completely immersed in the scene.

This is a “Multiple Tops, One Bottom” novel, and it ended with a 3v1 ending. It means Park Gyumin ended up with all 3 brothers, yeah. I think Hwanseo might have had more intimate scenes with Gyumin than the other Tops. Nevertheless, there were screentime for all 3 candidates. In the process, Gyumin did manage to whip up 2 other side characters. Those were the “Protagonist Siblings,” both the brother and the sister. They developed feelings for Gyumin as well, but, alas, didn’t succeed in a romantic relationship with him. <spoiler>I think it was funny that Hana tried to kidnap Gyumin for herself just because of the idea “If I can’t have him, no one else can.” Hajun did try to talk her out of it but he’s lenient with his sister (and has a crush on Gyumin too anyways). </spoiler><spoiler></spoiler>

It’s a fun Sci-fi, Cthulhu horror novel with some game elements. Han Goyo is an unhinged “child” (he’s a grown man) who needs “adult supervision.” By that I mean, he’s so hard stuck on getting True Endings that he gets into trouble often, and all the others could see that well and would sigh in exasperation everytime.
