I Became the Priest of the Outer Gods
Ethnos avoiding his responsibility as the priest of Outer Gods. <spoiler>Only to find himself slowly descending to madness from using said authority.</spoiler> The “horror” tag is mostly the gore presented throughout the story. Imo, it’s not too much of a scare. Anyway, if you’re a Cthulhu Mythos enthusiast, you may find this novel enjoyable!

I found this one through the manhwa first, and then read the novel till the ending. Do heed the tragedy tag before you read.
Trapped in a Webnovel as a Good-For-Nothing
It kinda fell short for me at the end. Though, overall, light-hearted read, nothing too heavy (or not heavy at all). The bromance between MC and original protag is fun (frequently acknowledged by other characters in the novel lol).

A fun quick read. There’s no romance but MC attracts people regardless of gender.

Personally, I enjoyed the manhwa just a bit more. That being said, this is still a very good read. The bromance between HYJ and SHJ sometimes make me question whether this novel was missing a tag, though (iykyk).
Margrave's Bastard Son was The Emperor
This one may not be for everyone, as it is not action-focused, but rather heavy on politics. I think the narrative is well-written. The bond between Ian and other characters are beautiful as well. You should give this a try if all (or some) of these tick your boxes.

Pretty good thriller novel with a unique setting. Park Mu-hyun, you're so unrealistically kind-hearted though...
Betrayal Knight’s Joyful Faith
I personally enjoyed this a lot. MC is smart and strategic, specifically in a way that the antagonists aren’t dumbed down for him to shine. The interactions and banter between him and other characters are really funny and entertaining as well.
The Extra in a Terminal World
Dowoon and Esteban formed a very fun and cute dynamic. Dowoon, he really picked up a stray cat (or a loyal pup). The ending is not my favorite, though.
