The Little Peacock's Snake Raising Chronicles
This is a novel that will make you laugh and cry. It's coherent from the beginning to the end with a good pacing along with the world-building. I definitely recommend if you like xanxia novels (need more baihe!). Adorable and naive peacock VS proud and pretentious fake snake makes their dynamic a fun read. This was one of my favorite Baihe Xanxia reads. I wish I could forget this book and re-read it again.

What's Wrong with a Snake That Just Wants to Cultivate Transformation
It may be difficult to get into at the beginning as it's somewhat of a slow burn as the main female lead needs to cultivate and transform but I assure you that it is worth it. I personally really enjoyed her time as a snake before she could transform but oh man once she finally could, it made everything even better. Xanxia enjoyers will most likely enjoy this. The interactions between the two FLs are hilarious and cute. There's a completed translation already done as well.

The Art of Taming the Dragon
Starts off pretty light-hearted and takes an angsty turn later down the road. Cultivation is a focus in this novel and there's a lot more to the plot than you may think at first until you start to uncover all the mysteries. There's plenty of drama to keep you invested and the story is written well.

The Thousand Layers of the Sickly Beautiful Master
Interesting and fun read. It did start to lose my interest near the end but it didn't dampen the overall reading experience. The description does unveil quite abit but the slow burn and world/story building was enjoyable. The disciple is like a puppy for the master and a wolf for everyone else. I found both their personalities being drastically different when towards each other versus others quite cute.

The Soup Given to Her by Meng Po
If you love angst with happy endings, definitely give this a try. This made me happy one minute then sob the next. It's not an overly complex story so the plot may not be thick enough for those that like those types of stories. It was a nice light enjoyable read (for someone that considers angst the best genre). Xiao Mingyu gets into an accident and is given a chance to help her wife continue on without her by using Xu Ruying's identity.

My First Love Regrets Letting Me Slip Through Her Fingers
I need therapy after reading this. Ok for real though if HEAVY toxic, manipulative, and mental breakdowns are not your cup of tea, please steer far away from this. The character and story is so well thought out. The writing is impeccable. It's a complex read involving the past and present veiled with mystery. This is honestly one of the best novels I've read and one of the ones I wish I could forget to experience the rollercoaster it took me on again.

Burn
Beware this will make you want to punch a wall and scream why. There is lots of miscommunication and lack of...well alot from both FLs that will leave you frustrated with them. Overall it was still a good read that I enjoyed with the twists and character complexities. There is a manhua but I believe it may have been dropped. I started the novel after reading the manhua. I can see why this had the baihe world in a chock-hold. Oh also angst, can't forget the angst.

The Whole World is Waiting for Your Heart to Move
Flirty Actress x Possessive Doctor. Light and fluffy read without the typical misunderstandings or miscommunication. Hits the spot. You quite literally HAVE to read this. Unless you hate modern life stories...but you should still try reading it anyway. Even the summary pulled me in alone TT

Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter
A light read that isn't that complicated or thought provoking. Near the end there is quick/short time skips until the happy ending that kind of give it a rushed ending despite the slow development between them throughout the entire book. The tropes and "twists" are pretty obvious and expected. Student x Professor (They're not in the same department but only same school) Age gap It's a decent read if you want something quick and light.

Forbidden to Fall in Love
Junior x Senior then time skip to when they're older. There is some miscommunication and it's abit oneside until Cheng Suran comes to a realization about her feelings. A sweet novel but it's not all fluff and there's definitely an imbalance and toxicity in the relationship at the beginning. The writing is pretty good and lots of drama.
