The Transfer Student

Ha-sung, a high school senior, spent his days supporting his sick mother alone and relieving stress by occasionally smoking at school. One day, at the incinerator he frequently used as a smoking spot, Ha-sung crosses paths with Lee Tae-in, a transfer student surrounded by rumors. Due to those unsettling rumors, Ha-sung initially wanted nothing to do with him, but that feeling was short-lived. Unexpectedly, Tae-in approached Ha-sung without hesitation, and the two built something akin to a friendship. Though they bickered often because of Tae-in's tendency to talk nonsense, Ha-sung believed they shared a genuine bond. At least, that was certainly the case until Ha-sung realized his true fee...
