Ga-hwa, a deaf and abandoned princess of the royal palace, dreams of living a peaceful life with her foster mother, Lady So-yong. However, this dream is shattered when Prince Lee Hwi instigates a rebellion. “The princess will be sacrificed to the dragon. In return, I will spare your mother,” declares the ruthless usurper who seized the throne. To save her mother, Ga-hwa offers herself as a sacrifice to the dragon.
