First, I want to preface that I've been binging this for the last 24 hours so I have recency bias but I think as far as Chinese novels go and how they tackle social issues, CCP, racism. This novel is leaps and bounds with its emotional intelligence, so far, after reading 100 chapters, while it does have plot and pacing issues.
