The Heavenly Dao is ever-changing, heartless, encompassing all things, yet transcending them. It knows neither good nor evil, right nor wrong, gratitude nor resentment, joy nor sorrow. The path of immortals is Dao, the path of demons is Dao, the path of monsters is Dao, and Buddhism itself is Dao. Resting high upon the nine-layered clouds, a meditation cushion reveals the true Dao.
