Introduction to the Work: Ishino runs the drug store "Bad Apple" in the slums. His dream is to enjoy a peaceful and simple life, but he suffers from a mysterious heat cycle that comes periodically. To make matters worse, he ends up spending his heat with one of the town bosses... "You smell good, Shino." For some reason, increasingly dangerous figures are drawn to him, and even a brutal war breaks out across Tenebre just to possess Ishino.
