Originally published in Animage magazine in the late 80s under the title Char’s Counterattack, the novel was later published by Tokuma Dual Bunko under the title High-Streamer. The hero of the Earth Federation Forces: Amuro Ray. As a member of the new task force Londo Bell, he was heading to the refugee colony of “Sweetwater” for an investigation. There, where many of the citizens harbor animosity towards the Earth Federation government, Amuro meets Alena, a young woman who supports the uprising movements.
