The Winged, a race with wings. Though they were a great force in unifying the Empire, they have lived in isolation in Bolli Village, suffering from discrimination. Following the long-standing regulations, Kyrie accompanies Arbian, who must go to the Imperial Palace as a hostage, and heads toward the Empire. Kyrie meets Emperor Hazen, who is not favorable toward the Winged, and forms a poor first impression of Hazen due to his overbearing attitude.
