Gwanghae, the Dragon King of the East Sea, discovers a human named Jegall Dong, whose energy has been disrupted after Gwanghae accidentally dropped a Samchung (a parasite from the celestial realm that sucks human essence) at 'Gwangdong Fisheries,' the raw fish restaurant he operates. Telling the languid Dong that he will help lower his fever, Gwanghae mixes their bodies.
