Global Examination
I loved loved loved everything about this. The dynamic between You Huo and Qin Jiu was so beautiful. The author did an amazing job introducing and developing their characters as strong, independent, and scarily intelligent; but made sure whilst yes they were rebels, they were still humans that struggled, loved, and had fear. I have no words but I want to talk about them for hours. I don’t think anything will top how I felt reading this. They live in my mind rent free, 24/7 (IN THIS ECONOMY!! I KNOW!!!), they are so very dear and real to me.
Mist [Unlimited]
I was so lost during some (most) of it. But still could not put it down. It actually made me want to understand what the fuck ever was going on, and the characters are oh so lovable. They’re hilarious but sympathetic, serious but understandable, and they all have their own characteristics. I loved how even the side characters had their moments and how they moved as a unit. The development between the MC and ML was amazing. Nothing felt repetitive and was interesting at every turn.
Little Mushroom
Beautiful, bittersweet, and filling. I literally couldn’t put it down. I teared up even though I had gotten spoiled. I think about their relationship every second of every day.
Alpha Trauma
honestly i wasn’t expecting this kind of depth from an a/b/o story but color me impressed as i have become ready to defend these gay fictional characters’ honor, like a white fucking knight in shining armor. character’s were all very well written and complex. the story is nice and has substance. no red flags were sighted, simply humanely written characters and realistically executed reactions from them.
I Can Do It
one of the best e-sports bl’s i’ve ever read. i keep looking for traces of LBY and SJ in every e-sports novel i read. so goofy yet still such a gorgeous read. I almost pissed myself whilst reading this multiple times and other gaming danmeis don’t even compare to the high of reading this.
FOG [E-sports]
Mmmmmmm, i love me an angsty start. Their development was great to see and wasn’t dragged out. Everything was nicely executed and didn’t feel repetitive. The plot and the characters were all very well developed and fleshed out.
The Apothecary Diaries
I’m on LN9 rn and actually don’t want to continue bc I DON’T WANT IT TO END. I’m wayy too attached to each and every character and can’t believe I’ll be saying goodbye to them in this lifetime. How do you write 300+ chapters, 2000+ pages and still manage to make it captivating? MaoMao and Jinshi’s dynamic is just… I don’t think I know enough complimentary words in English to describe how they make me feel.
Your Memes Are Better Looking Than You
This was cute. I feel like this would be an amazing option to get someone out of a reading slump. It didn’t really leave a deep impression on me but I remember giggling and kicking my feet while reading it. MC and ML were both shameless with how down bad for each other they became.
