a real hidden gem, i love ts sm. i don’t usually read mecha novels like this but that’s just how good this is — i especially love the friendships wei san has with the others. wei san is genuinely life bro, she’s so funny also. read this (begging)

this novel really highlights loneliness that people may experience during an apocalypse like this as each arc includes new characters & new worlds with not many reoccurring characters. the premise is that every 14 months or so every awakened is forcibly transported to a random new world that has already undergone destruction, whether that be from zombies or due to chemical weapons. arcs however are really long and the growth of the lin sanjiu is slow at first.

it’s decent + plot is more complicated and layered than it seems to be from the description but the story itself goes off on random tangents imo. but give it a try!
