The Witcher: The Monster Hunting Notes of the Wolf School
This is technically a fanfiction, but it is better viewed as using the Witcher universe as a base setting, while expanding it with a new character, new background information, and answering some things that Andrzej Sapkowski never touched upon.
Hogwarts' Time Traveler
Though it appears to be a rather generic fanfic from its summary, this is actually a pretty good book with it's own story. Harry Potter, Voldemort, etc, all of that is barely even mentioned and is basically thrown away - Hogwarts is more of a starting point than anything. If you're looking for a wizard novel, I would recommend giving this a try.
Our Hotel Is Open for Business as Usual
The story is good. My main complaint is that the author really drags some parts out. Really. Drags. It Out. There is also the annoying trope of 'All the characters are intelligent yet incredibly social-stupid and incapable of communication, so continuous misunderstandings occur'. The story is, overall, good. If those two flaws could be rectified, I'd probably give it a 8.5.
